We encourage prospective customers to view during our opening hours Monday - Saturday by arrangement

A valid up to date vaccination certificate against Feline Influenza and Feline Enteritis must be presented on arrival day. Primary vaccination must not have been administered any less than two weeks prior to boarding in order to protect our other residents from possible infection. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Fleas and worms
We request that all cats are treated against flea infestation and worms at least 1 week BEFORE arrival. We reserve the right to administer treatment to any resident cat found to have flea infestation or worms during their stay. The cost of treatment will be £25.00 charged to the owner.
Cats over the age of six months who are not neutered cannot be accepted for boarding.
We are happy to administer medication, which have been prescribed by a vet provided full and clear instructions are left by the owner. There is no charge for this service.
No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, an infectious or contagious disease will be accepted. All cats will be inspected on arrival, but we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health pending advice from our veterinary surgeon. This is essential in order to protect and safeguard the health of other resident cats. Veterinary services will be arranged should this be necessary during your cat’s stay. If you prefer your cat to be seen by your usual vet, please discuss this with us prior to arrival.
Due to increased insurance costs we are unable to offer Pet Insurance free of charge.
Whilst every care and precaution is taken to safeguard the health and well being of all cats, they are boarded entirely at the owner’s own risk.
If any animal is not collected within 14 days of the stated departure date and no communication is received either from the owner or their agent, we reserve the right to re-home the animal.
Any extra costs incurred during your cat’s stay must be paid for on collection.
We will accept NO liability whatsoever for any claims for injury sustained by owners, loss of property or damage
to vehicles whilst on the premises.
