Booking Policy

By booking to board your cat(s) with us, you will have accepted the following terms & conditions.

Payment methods

We only accept cash or BACS payments. Payment of the balance is due on or before the date of collection.

You may collect your cat earlier than the booked departure date but you will be charged for the total period that was originally booked.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than one week before the start of your stay will be charged at full rate, unless we can re-let the accommodation in which case a reduced charge may be made.

Opening Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – Saturday 10:00 – 12:00 and 16:00 – 18.00

Wednesday & Sunday 10:00 -12:00

Please note we are open 365 days a year, but the last drop off for Christmas is on Christmas Eve from 10.00 – 12.00. We reopen as normal on 27th Dec 10.00 -12.00. For New Year our last drop off is New Years Eve from 10.00 – 12.00, and we reopen 2/01 from 10.00 – 12. On Bank Holidays we are open from 10.00 – 12.00 only.

Viewing prior to booking in

We encourage prospective customers to view during our opening hours Monday – Saturday by arrangement

Pick-ups or collections out of these hours can only be made with prior agreement with the cattery management.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking
By booking to board your cat(s) with us, you will have accepted the ollowing terms & conditions as regulated by current Licensing regulations.

2. Vaccination Requirements
A valid up to date vaccination certificate against feline influenza and feline enteritis must be presented on arrival day. Primary vaccination must not have been administered any less than two weeks prior to booarding in order to protect our other residents from possible infection.
There will be no exceptions to this rule

2.1 Illness / Vets
No Cat(s) suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infectios or contagious disease will be accepted
All cats will be inspected on arrival. The cattery reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health.
This is essential in order to protect and safeguard the health of other resident cats.
Veterinary service will be arranged should this be necessary during your stay.

2.2 Fleas & Worms
We request that all cars are treated against fleas, infestation and worms at least 1 week before arrival. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat that shows signs of fleas and worms.
We reserve the right to administer treatment to any cat that is found to have flea infestation or worms.
These treatments will incur a cost to the owner

2.3 Medication
We are happy to administer medication which the owner has conesnt to. The owner must provide the cattery with full written instructions.

We do not accept any responsibility for any cat(s) that do not respond to medication.

2.4 Un-neutered Cats
Cats over the age of six months who are not neutered cannot be accepted for boarding

3 Non Collection
If any animal is not collected within 14 days of the stated departure date and no communication is recieved either from the owner or their agent, we reserve the right to rehome the animal.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUT OF HOURS ARRIVAL WILL INCUR A COST OF £25 TO YOUR BILL

4 Opening Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday – 10am to 12am & 4pm to 6pm

Sunday and Wednesday – 10am to 12am

Please note during Christmas preiod last intake is 12am on the 24th December
The cattery is closed from 12.00 on the 24th December and reopens on the 27th December onwards normal opening times resume.
On bank holidays time restrictions apply i.e. Easter, May Day, Spring Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday and New Years Day

5 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation less than one week bfore the start of your stay will be charged at full rate, unless we can re-let accommodation in which case a reduced charge may be made.
No shows without notifications will result in cusomters being asked for full payment at time of next booking and this payment is none refundable.

6 Extra Cost
Any extra cost incurred during your cat(s) stay must be paid for on day of collection

8 Disclaimer
Whilst every care and precaution is taken to safeguard their health and wellbeing of all cat(s), they are boarded at their owners risk.
We will accept no liability whatsoever for any claim

Damage incurred to behicles and posessions while on our property
